Does the idea of 50% PPA time appeal to you?
Could you work in a forward thinking, independent religious school?
Does a school which treats staff like family appeal to you?
I am in a very fortunate position to be recruiting for one of the warmest and more welcoming head teachers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is looking to bring a new year one teacher into his KS1 department from September and welcome them into his inclusive, dynamic and highly creative school.
The school is an Orthodox Jewish School in the heart of North London, and the boys attend religious studies for 50% of the day freeing class teachers to do intervention work, planning, marking and lot's general staff chatting. The role is considered a full time role, despite the incredible timetable set up. The head teacher believes the split timetable allows for staff to get the most out the boys, and it is incredibly important to him that the teachers build strong meaningful relationships with the community and the families.
This school encourages their staff to grow into leadership roles organically, and recognises every ones personal strengths. They have scope for new phase and subject leaders in the new academic year but want to match every ones skill sets to the roles before formally timetabling staff.
This is a unique opportunity which will propel the right candidate head first into a successful and engaging career. Visits to the head are welcomed and encouraged.
All you need to do is apply to get your details across to me and I will do the rest for you.
